Sushi is an amazing cat with a great temperament. He is great with kids, doesn’t bite or scratch. He loves attention but also does his own thing so isn’t always under foot. He’s constantly purring and so chill. He loves to lay on your chest at the end of the day to get love. He doesn’t scratch anything but his scratching post and is litter box trained. He is a year old and his previous owner (who had to rehome him because she got pregnant) didn’t have him fixed and didn’t get vaccines done either. We were planning on doing that ourselves but just can’t spend any more money on him when we have to rehome him ourselves due to my youngest having a cat allergy that we weren’t aware of. My son was fine around friends cats but I think having one living in the house has made his allergies flare up. He is great with other cats and seems fine around dogs. I watched a friends dog for a week and he was a little weary at first but warmed up quickly and just minded his own business. He is very treat oriented which we found out because we have been trying to teach him to use the doggy door in order to move his litter box outside, which he has started to get the hang of. All in all he is an amazing cat, and I’m really sad to have to rehome him because I think his temperament is one in a million.
